We want both you and your four-legged friend to be absolutely thrilled with your Ayup Dog order. But if the fit isn’t paw-fect, don’t worry we here to help
We simply ask you to make sure your item(s) meets the following guidelines so we can assist the return or exchange of your item.
- New condition/ unused with tags intact and returned with original packaging.
- Must be free from dog hair, odours and in original condition.
- Proof of purchase
Exchanges
We want your dog to truly feel their best in our garments, so we offer a 14 days return once you have received the goods.
However we want to make sure you are happy with our products, so we will offer a free exchange for your first order. The exchange order must be at the same value or difference will need paying or refunded back. Please contact us on the following email sales@Ayudog.com to discus your exchange.
Please make sure the item follows the above guidelines. Once the item has been returned and checked, we will contact you in regards to the exchange and any possible payment or refund to be issued, and send your exchange back out to you.
For additional exchanges, you will need to pay for postal both ways.
*One free exchange is only on first order made, this is to help assist getting the correct size. The first item(s) will need to be sent back at your own cost, exchange will be sent out free of charge. This is only on same style, different size.
Returns
Please Email us at sales@Ayupdog.com within 14 days of you receiving the order, with your order number, name and reason for return.
You will need to return the item at your own cost. Once the item has been received and checked to make sure return guidelines have been followed (please see above guidelines), a refund of the item excluding postage will be refunded back to your means of purchase.
Defective or Wrong Product
Please to take the time to check your order once you have received it, we always want to make sure thing are perfect for you and you’re dog. If you believe your item is defective or the wrong item has been sent please contact us ( sales@Ayupdog.com ) within 5 working days of you receiving the item, and our customer service team will try their best to resolve the issues for you.
When returning or exchanging any item, please make sure you include your confirmation email or your name, address, phone number and order number inside the return parcel. Plus wether you require a refund or a replacement.
Please remember, dogs will play and pull at garments, general wear and tear is expected. We will aim to respond to all emails within 48hrs.
